The Power Leadership Conference is an annual event that unites leaders from across the company. This year’s theme, Built Not Born, highlighted the idea that leadership at Power is intentionally shaped—crafted through experience, dedication, and learning. To visually represent this concept, the canvases for the artwork were physically woven together, creating a tactile foundation that was then digitized into templates for each graphic. The resulting visuals, paired with a western-inspired typeface, drew inspiration from the conference’s host city: Austin, Texas.
